One of the very first things I learned as a Christian NOT to do is what everyone today seems to champion; living by their feelings. Feelings are fickle. They are subject to moods, hormones, circumstances and many other things. And especially if you recognize we are living in the midst of a war in the spirit between Satan and God for the souls of men, our feelings are also subject to lying emotions induced by spirits.
