Perfect pitch is the ability to recognize the pitch of a note or produce any given note; a sense of absolute pitch. I can hear a relative pitch. If I know the key of a song or the first note of a song, I can hear the other notes of the song and what they are relative to the known pitch. But someone with perfect pitch, with no reference at all can identify a note just by hearing it. It is truly a God-given gift. Here is a wonderful example of perfect pitch.
