When I was younger, the hardest lessons from the Bible for me were about being heavenly minded and not worldly minded. In my old age, I have finally come to realize this world is not what I want. I hate the hatred, the accusations, the violence and the disrespect in this world. I hate the arguing and fighting. I hate the racism (that goes both ways, by the way). I hate people blaming others for their own problems. I hate watching people ruin their lives. My bags are packed Lord. I’ll stay here for the sake of my wife and kids. But otherwise, I’m ready to go.
