My favorite Youtube channels

There are some very interesting YouTube channels available. Here is a short list of my favorites.

Mr. Carlson’s Lab

This guy has an electronics lab that would make anyone envious. He has a very quiet personality and is an experienced expert with electronic devices of all kinds. You can’t help but learn and be entertained by Mr. Carlson if you enjoy working on electronic things. I call him the Mr Rogers of Electronics. Watch him and tell me I’m wrong.

Matt’s Off Road Recovery

We do off road towing, recoveries, and rescues. We cover beautiful southern Utah, near Zion National park.
We have a unique way to do off road recovery with our Jeep XJ affectionately named, the yellow banana.
We have the infamous Ed with his positive outlook on life.
We treat everyone we meet with respect, and we hope to have a positive impact in your life!

Mr. Hydrohead

This guy also lives off grid and has posted a 17 part venture on rebuilding his off grid micro-hydro power plant on his property in Colorado. It fascinates me how these people are living independent from the rat race. And it fascinates me that if you have a small stream or a raging creek, you’ve got POWER.

Mustie1

Mustie1 got my attention because he likes to repair and restore old Volkswagens. I have since discovered that he also repairs motorcycles, lawn mowers, tractors or anything with a small engine in it. He is very interesting and entertaining and real. I’ve learned a lot about gasoline engines and Volkswagens by watching him.

Red Poppy Ranch

A very interesting homesteader site. Heath has built his place almost completely singlehanded. I love listening to his stories as he works.
