If you are a father or a daughter who has gone through a divorce, this movie is for you. It’s not about divorce but does show these two struggling with their broken family. This is the daughter who has come to live with her estranged dad because mom died in a car accident. And they are struggling to find their place with each other. Very touching.

This movie is what I call a *healing movie* for 60s men. I appreciated the imagery as a 60s man, but I also appreciated the spiritual element of the movie since I have experienced a lot of healing from God. I first saw the movie “The Ten Commandments” when I was in the 7th grade at a theater in Maryland. I remember it affected me deeply because I didn’t really believe in God but I wanted to.
